One such product is the Tiger Tool Pin and Bushing Adapter. Originally designed to remove Jost 5th wheel bracket pins, the versatile design of the aluminum spacer tube allows technicians to extract pivot pins up to 6.5" x 2.45", enabling them to service a variety of equipment with a single tool.

Traditional methods for removing Jost 5th wheel bracket pins often require the use of a slide hammer, a time-consuming and physically demanding process that can damage nearby components and cause wrist injuries. The Universal Pivot Pin Extractor features a Hammer Adapter that shocks the bracket pin loose before the puller is connected, reducing service time and the risks of injury.

The kit includes two sizes (1⁄2″ and 5⁄8″) of weld-on adapters, providing technicians with the versatility they need to tackle a wide range of applications. With 20 tons of pulling power, the Tiger Tool Pin and Bushing Adapter eliminates the risk of damage to nearby components, ensuring a smooth and efficient repair process.
